Eventually, I spent $500 on tires, over $1500 on all components replacement. And in the future, I don’t know how much it will cost me for other hidden problems.

What most is exasperating, the Dealer’s attitudes were so unsatisfied. They pinned everything on me which was unreasonable! I drove it for only two weeks, no accidents, no collision and being very cautious because this is my first car and I love it so much! It is impossible that I caused all tires aging and metal rust in the only two weeks! And I almost diet for it! All of these problems were existing before I purchased it and the dealer’s attitude showed that they knew there are something wrong with this car. Honestly, all of these problems that happened on the chassis and brakes were difficult to find out when I did the driving test.

Plus, the technician said those tires and brakes were not supposed to pass the MVI. I really don't know how the dealer made it pass.

We got the best service possible when our car had some electrical problems. We were traveling and Peter helped us to problem solve the electrical issue and we were all on our way. Thank you, Peter, for your genuine interest in helping us out. Doug and Nancy

From my real and unpleasant shopping experience, I strongly suggest that DO NOT buy your cars from this dealership.

I bought a 2011 Mini Cooper at D.HATT on last month April 14th. However on May 1st, only two weeks later, one of the tires exploded on my way. After luckily surviving from that dangerous death moment, I called a towing company and dropped it off in a garage.

DO NOT shop here!! You are risking your own life and property if you insist shopping here. Besides, the Dealer will absolutely abandon you when you have any issues after you give them the money.

I had a very good experience and got a great car with good terms. The car has served me well for many years and the Hatts stand behind their cars. Highly recommended.

The technician thoroughly checked my car and re-did a Motor Vehicle Inspection for it. The report shows that there was no artificial damage such as running over sharp objects (e.g. nails, rocks) or cut by someone. It exploded by itself because, actually, the rubber aging of all tires were extremely severer. There was a huge circle crack on the side of tire because of losing elasticity. Moreover, the entire chassis including four brake sets were all totally rusty. The braking calipers would even get stuck sometime when I slam the brakes. At the bottom, some important joints and welding spots badly rust as well. Notably, this Cooper ONLY ran 16,000 kilometers but somehow it performed like a very very old car that might run for 160,000 kilometers.
